CSoft Healthcare Solutions is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Bangalore, India, serving India, the GCC, and Southeast Asia. We deliver practical digital health solutions through ready platforms — HIMS, DIMS, Telemedicine, VMER/RCM, and Pharmacy Ecommerce — combined with custom workflow development, integrations, and implementation support.

Founded

CSoft Healthcare Solutions established in Bangalore with a focus on practical digital health technology for emerging markets.

2019

First HIMS Deployment

Leads CSoft's product-led healthcare strategy across India, GCC, and Southeast Asia. Rajesh shaped the company's five ready product foundations — HIMS, DIMS, Telemedicine, VMER/RCM, and Pharmacy Ecommerce — and drives the workflow-first approach that turns platforms into working solutions for hospitals and healthcare networks.

Priya Narayanan

Chief Technology Officer

Oversees platform architecture, ABDM and FHIR interoperability, API integrations, and enterprise security for all CSoft products. Priya leads the technical roadmap for healthcare data exchange, HL7/FHIR standards compliance, and the interoperability hub that connects HIMS, labs, and pharmacy systems.

Arjun Kulkarni

VP, Solutions Delivery

Heads implementation, data migration, staff training, and go-live support for hospital and dental college deployments. Arjun ensures every HIMS and DIMS project moves from workflow mapping through configuration and customization to a solution that works on the ground — not just on paper.

Vikram specializes in video medical examination workflows, pre-authorization, denial management, and audit-ready revenue reporting across cashless and insurance models.

Ananya Reddy

Head of Digital Health

Drives telemedicine platform delivery, online medical shop and pharmacy ecommerce solutions, remote patient monitoring pilots, and patient engagement workflows.
