Implementation Approach
Consultations are protected with AES-256 encryption, and video calls run over SRTP with TLS 1.2+. The platform is designed to support HIPAA, GDPR, and local data protection requirements, and we conduct regular security reviews as part of ongoing support.
HD video needs around 2.5 Mbps download and upload, and the platform automatically adjusts quality to the available connection. For low-bandwidth patients, standard definition video and audio-only consultation options are configured during setup.
CSoft Telemedicine connects natively with CSoft HIMS: patient records flow into consultations, notes are documented in the EMR, prescriptions reach the pharmacy module, and billing covers both in-person and virtual visits.
